WhatsApp Business is a version of the messaging app that lets small businesses connect with their customers. It has now been rolled out worldwide on iOS. The free app launched on iOS last month but only in a limited number of countries.

That means it includes the ability for businesses to create profiles that include their description, email, address and website, as well as messaging tools for customer communication like automated greetings, quick replies and away messages
For medium and large businesses, the WhatsApp Business API powers your communication with customers all over the world, so you can connect with them on WhatsApp in a simple, secure, and reliable way. The Whatsapp API allows businesses to send out notifications like boarding passes and receipts, as well as respond to customer queries.
The WhatsApp Business App is available now in Brazil, Germany, Indonesia, India, Mexico, the UK, and the US, and will be coming out across the rest of the world in the coming weeks .
